Stupid ROSI System

Those who are UofT undergrads must've at some point in their 4 depressing year visited the almighty Student Web Service, the guardian of your records, your amount of unpaid tuition, your schedules, and most importantly, your transcripts. When you were first introduced to ROSI, you think.. wow, no more flimsy report cards, no more going to the student advisor asking for class change because the teacher sucked or because you want to have your spare at the end of the school, not in the middle of the day, or because you simply realized that fuck I don't need Creative Writing Class to be an engineer! So you enjoyed the service provided by ROSI, although you couldnt stand looking at the mascot in the main page. I still cant figure out what the hell he's supposed to be, he looks like an egg with ponytail. But then the day came when you need to order 6-10 transcripts for grad application. You think with ROSI, everything should be simple. BUT NO!!!! The stupid system doesnt allow you to input more than 40 chars per line in the add. line. The limit, he insists, is 5 lines with 40 chars per line. What the hell, am I suppose to shorten the admission director's name? The department's name? I dont know about you, but my friend, a physicist in the making, and I argued for 5-10 minutes about the number of chars in "The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences". We concluded that it has EXACTLY 40 chars (quotes uncounted), with two techniques; one by putting the cursor at the end or beginning of the phrase, and move to the beginning or end of the phrase, while counting by heart; and the other by counting the number of chars per word, and add the white spaces, without any error bars. Still, ROSI refused to take the address!!! So I ended putting "&" instead of "and". Retarded I say, fucking retarded.
